This song was inspired after a snowy road trip from Texas to Arkansas in 2011: my best friend and I had been at odds with the world during that time, and it seemed that the weather and climate were doing everything they could to kill our spirit. Recorded with fragility to tape, “Another Sunny Day” is a plea to life’s harsh conditions for a hopeful tomorrow; may it be a light for you as well.
